These General Terms and Conditions exclusively regulate the products offered and the advertising directed to the customers / consumers from COLOROSO SRL company that operates through its website www.breocare.eu, offering to its customers products of relax and any other products that can be add to their range in the future. The consumer of the website www.breocare.eu, will have the right to the access free information public collected in the same, while COLOROSO SRL. is book the right to restrict the access to information, promotions and offers special to its customers reported. COLOROSO SRL reserve the right to modify these conditions, total or partially. Products and services offered by COLOROSO SRL in the website www.breocare.eu, shall be governed by the conditions contained in this agreement.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE OF THE PRODUCTS

Definitions

„Consumer” – a natural person whose actions are not carried out for objectives relating to the course of a trade, a profession or a business. If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on Breocare.eu;

„Seller” – a natural or legal person who offers products for sale on Breocare.eu and/or services to Consumers from a distance;

„Contract” – a contract concluded between Seller and Consumer within the framework of system organized for the distance sale of products, whereby sole or partly use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to and including the moment that the contract is concluded;

„Goods” – the goods (or any part of them) set out in the Order.

Validity of sales contract and price information

  • The Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the online store Breocare.eu
  • The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated on the products. Fees for delivery of the goods will be added to the price.
  • The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Execution of the contract

To make orders in the website, each customer will provide to Breocare.eu of form voluntary and low his responsibility its data of character personal.

  • Online store prices are in euro with VAT and lei with VAT.

COLOROSO SRL reserves at any time and unilaterally the right to modify the price of the products and services offered trough its website www.breocare.eu.

  • To order goods, add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed, which can be paid via credit card (bank link) or other payment solutions.
  • To order products, click the “Add to Cart” button on the product, therefore adding the product to the shopping cart. The shopping cart displays selected products and their cost. To add products to your shopping cart or make a purchase, follow the instructions for the shopping cart. Choose the appropriate shipping method and you will see the shipping cost of the shipment.
  • If you would like to make the purchase, press the button “Continue”. You can enter your details in the window that appears. Fields market with an asterisk are mandatory.
  • In case of campaigns, you can add a promotional coupon code to the corresponding box in the online store. Promotional coupon code information is shared in campaign information channels.
  • There is no need to create a user account for purchasing goods. However, it allows you to buy more conveniently – in the future your contact information is already pre-recorded.
  • Creating a user account takes place during the initial purchase. You must include your contact information for registration.
  • The contract starts from the amount of the price receiving to the Online store account.
  • If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because of the shortage of the goods or any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible and the paid money (including delivery costs) shall be returned immediately, but not later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
  • Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Sale

Payment for the goods

You can pay for the goods via credit card or order confirmation by standard bank transfer. The online store Breocare.eu accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode, MasterCard, and American Express. To make the order, the customer will facilitate them data of your card, that will be stored directly in the entity of methods of payment designated in that time by Breocare.eu during the process of purchase. Breocare.eu does not store credit card information. After placing your order, a confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. The order confirmation is marked with the bank details of COLOROSO SRL, where you can make the payment, in case of bank transfer. We ask you to pay within 3 days, after which the order will be cancelled, and the purchase must be rescheduled to make the purchase. COLOROSO SRL will send/give out the original invoice together with the good/goods you have purchased. Please keep the invoice for personal reference.

Order fulfilment and delivery

  • Goods are shipped to all countries of UE.
  • Shipments generally reach the destination specified by the user within 2- 4 business days from the starting of the sales contract by DHL carrier.
  • The cost of shipping the goods is paid by the user, according to the cost of transportation calculated by consignment and location (DHL, Sameday carrier).

Shipping and shipment cost

For orders over 150€, transportation within Europe is FREE. Available shipping options:

  • DHL Pickup parcel delivery in Europe
  • Sameday parcel delivery in Romania

Order tracking

Shipments with tracking numbers are emailed once orders are shipped during business hours of Monday to Friday 9:00am to 17:00pm

Cancel or change order If you are a Consumer, you may cancel the Contract with the Seller in relation to products purchased from www.breocare.eu, without any penalty and without specifying reason, by notifying the Seller in writing within ten (10) working days, begining with the day after you received the product. To return the products:

  • You should notify us in writing in fifteen (15) working days by requesting an RMA from customer@breocare.eu
  • The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged
  • The products should be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • The products should be shipped to the Seller within fifteen (15) working days following cancellation of the contract (from issued RMA)

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please send us email immediately at customer@brecare.eu There is no fee for cancelled orders.

Warranty conditions

The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer, products that are in conformity with the contract, responding to any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery of the product.

  • The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase of the product
  • The warranty includes repair/replacement of parts with defects in production or replacement of product
  • In case of lack of conformity of the product, a term of two years starting from the time of it delivery is recognized so the buyer can make effective their rights
  • The warranty will not be valid in case of factors external to the use normal of the product, use of accessories unsuitable or prohibited by them manufacturers, falls, water, fire or handling incorrect or abusive, negligence or unintentional storage from the customer or by third people not authorized by them manufacturers.
  • The warranty will not be valid if the products has been repaired by an unauthorized person or a service company
  • In case of occurrence of a fault during the warranty period, the Customer shall immediately inform the COLOROSO SRL of the fault, at customer@breocare.eu. It must be reported which product has the fault (product model, serial number), the faults character as accurately as possible and the situation in which the fault occurred.

Privacy

The personal details as provided by consumer/user, for placing of an order will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are advised to read, if you haven’t already done so, our Privacy Policy which also contain important information on how we process the personal data of our users and on the security systems of www.breocare.eu

Content disclaimer

COLOROSO SRL does not guarantee that all items included in the www.breocare.eu web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable Customer Care Department will contact you shortly bt phone or by e-mail.

Legal conditions of disputes

These terms of sale are compiled in accordance with Romanian law and the Romanian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Romania and there may be additional legal requirements to use or purchase within this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

Amendments and updates

The Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on Breocare.eu
