Return Policy

Dear customer,

The merchandise sent in your order has been checked by the manufacturer in terms of quality and condition. If you have any questions regarding the use of the product, or if the Manual is not understandable, please contact us at customer@breocare.eu and we will be happy to help.

All products sold by Breocare.eu offer 24 months by Official Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund within 15 days upon receiving the product. Items returned must be new, in it’s original packaging, including the original invoice for the purchase. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply.

You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please, before using the product, decide if you are really interested in it.

Instructions for the return of the product for non-conformity

In case of breakdowns or other non conformity of the product, you must return the product in the manner indicated below. You can check the lack of conformity of the product with the assistance of a technical assistance service – customer@breocare.eu

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

1. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting customer@breocare.eu by email

2. The seller responds to any lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 15 days of becoming aware of it.

3. Please note that RMA# does not guarantee final deposition. All returns are subject to inspection and will be evaluated by our technical team; any products returned to us unauthorized will not be accepted.

All returns / repairs of products that do not have the original packaging and / or that do not have the return with RMA number of Breocare.eu will be rejected.

Also, products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received under the conditions listed below:

    • Any product not purchased from Breocare.eu (COLOROSO SRL)
    • Any product without a valid RMA
    • Any product without the Original Invoice
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage

4. Once an RMA# is issued by Breocare.eu, clearly write it on the outside of the parcel, not on the product package. Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. All return fee’s must be shipped freight prepaid and are Non-Refundable. We will not accept freight collect return. Return process will be initiated only after receiving returned products. Credit will be issued and transfer in your indicated account in 30 days after our warehouse receives, inspects and process the return. Physical damages to any product will void the product’s warranty and breach the return policy. If product(s) are not received in our warehouse within 14 days from issued RMA, RMA will be voided and no credit will be issued.

5. You must send your return indicating your code (RMA # – XXXXXXX) to: COLOROSO SRL, ROMANIA, Bacau, 30 Avenue, Bdul Unirii nr 30, post code 600192
